DCF Appeals

The Department of Children and Families of the state of Kansas (DCF), receives and investigates reports of abuse and neglect of children. When the agency makes a finding that abuse or neglect has occurred, the alleged perpetrator of this alleged abuse is entitled to appeal this determination first to an administrative hearing and ultimately through the court system.
